Passing the Tie

After Christmas we decided to try and clean out the growing horde of clothes that the kids had accumulated. While doing it I decided I should sort through my Ties and cut it down. I will pause for gasps and shock.

The kids wanted to help and so I let them sort them for me. During the sort Ben asked if he could have some of them. I allowed him to keep a couple one of which was my Bow tie. I must say it looks better on him than it ever did on me.

Visit to Mt. Pleasant

We took a trip to Mt. Pleasant and while there we went to lunch at McD's.

Here are the pictures of our 2 beautiful girls who have turned a year older this year. Cenna Joy is now 6 and Ariana Lucille is now 4. Where has the time gone? They each had a great day opening up presents from their Grandma and Papa Barlow. We love you Grandma and Papa, thank you for making their birthdays just a little bit better. :)

Hole In One Video

David, Chris and Becky went miniature golfing before the weather went bad. David had hit 2 holes in one and did a dance. Becky and Chris made David a bet that if he didn't get the a hole in one at the last hole he would have to do his dance on camera. I guess he didn't get another hole in one, so here is the video to show what his dance looked like.

Here is a story about what I was trying to dress Cassie as for Halloween. I found her ladybug costume earlier in the month and then when it was time to dress her, I couldn't find it anywhere so I decided to dress her in all pink. I then thought she would go as a pink marshmellow and told the kids that if anyone asked that is what she was. Ben said "Mom, she isn't a pink marshmellow, she is a snowboarder." So I thought that she was a pink marshmellow Ben thought she was a snowboarder. The girls thought she was a pink marshmellow snowboarder. :) What do you all think, do you think she looks better as a pink marshmellow, a snowboarder or a pink marshmellow snowboarder? :)

Been awhile

Yes it has been awhile since I last updated the Blog. I simply haven't had the time or energy to do it. Not a lot has happened in the last month, I'm still working, the kids are still in school, and honestly the only thing we have done that is worthy of note was the trip to the aquarium with Mom and Dad Barlow, Pictures are available at there blog. For those interested Elann Has started a Blog to post her Photography, she has been taking pictures for a while and even won a couple of online contests, so we decided it was time for her to display them for all to see. Montgomery Scott Barlow

Welcome our new addition. Montgomery Scott Barlow (Scotty)

Scotty is a Puggle Puppy. A Puggle is a Pug Beagle mix. He is about 3 months old and not yet Potty trained. Although we have a lot of Potty training experience I don't think it will help with this one.

Birthday Fun

Well it's more than official I'm getting old. I just turned 33. For my birthday we decided to go have some fun as a family and what's the best kind of fun, Free fun. We went to visit Elann's Dad and then went to visit the bean Museum in Provo. We arrived just in time to see the Reptile show. We then went to dinner and home. It doesn't seem glamorous but it was a lot of fun.

The Haircut

Ariana Decided that she wanted shorter hair so one night while Elann and I were watching a Movie she went into our bathroom and cut her hair. I failed to get a picture of the incident but here are some pictures of the save that Grandma Romney pulled off.
