Halloween Revisited

I was rummaging through my picture file on my computer and ran across some old halloween pictures. I thought they would be fun to post and view.

Halloween of 2002 Ben was a pumpkin and Alex a Fairy Princess

And finally Ariana was a pumkin last year.

All of our children have worn the same pumpkin outfit for their first halloween.

Cenna apparently is camera shy during halloween I couldn't find a single picture of her.

Blind Ghosts

Halloween is here and the kids at sandy elementary went on a costume parade. They of course planned it for early in the morning so as not to interrupt classes as much so the sun was just coming out when they had it. Boy was it cold.

And the finale my two blind ghosts. We would have had three but I couldn't get the pillow case past my shoulders.

Ain't Kids fun

Yes I'm aware of the grammatical error in my title. I was going for Sanpete talk. Halloween is almost here I considered dressing as a woman again this year (would make 4 years in a row) but decided it's just to hard to find dresses my size. The kids are excited of course Ben is a ninja turtle this year he and his best friend are going as turtles each a different one. Alex is going to be a princess or a cheerleader she hasn't decided yet. I'm going to throw a pillow case on the other two and they can be blind ghosts (I'm not cutting holes in them). The kids have fall recess this week so they get Monday and Tuesday off and have to go for Halloween I'll never understand this system. Ariana is learning to talk a little and I admit it is cute when she says please she says peas but gets her whole body into it so she is almost kneeling on the P and stands really quick on the ease. She is also learning some of here language from Cenna so Num is food even for the prayer if Cenna says it, it comes out bess num. Oh well we'll work on that maybe get some sanpete grammar into her. My picture this week is kind of self explanatory on the innocence of children. (yes those are baby skunks)

Sickness stricks the Barlows

Being sick is never fun and put all six of us sick at the same time it's even worse it doesn't seem to last long but believe me it's long enough. My picture today is to remind us the parent have to deal with anything no matter how unpleasant.

Mom in training

Ariana decided that her doll needed to be clothed so she got a pair of her own shorts and proceeded to put them on the doll. it took her about 15 minutes but as you can see she managed to get them on.

Lucky Number 5

I was going to censor this picture but figured the Ultrasound was blurry enough



Here are the ultrasound pictures for baby number 5 I'm not prejudice or anything but I think she's cuter than yours James and Lonna. Of course being the size of a Peanut anything is cute.

Weekly Update

Not a lot has happened recently. Alex and Ben are both enjoying school. Ariana is a terror with legs. The big news of the week is Cenna is finally Potty trained. You can all call with congratulations later. My work is going well they are sending me up to Logan for a week to help that store with it's relocation. Elann is officially 16 week along with lucky number 5 (at least I hope it's lucky). My picture for the week is a reminder that duct tape can make even the ugliest things a little better.

Odd

I have decided that trying to get a picture for every posting is part of the reason I haven't been as diligent in posting as normal. So I'm going to start using random photo's from my collection some of my kids some of other things to fill in the gaps where I don't have pictures. Hope you all enjoy.

Ariana Spaghetti Queen

We recently made the mistake of letting Ariana eat spaghetti. You can see the results. She needless to say ended the night with a bath. She really enjoyed the spaghetti but didn't enjoy the bath.

Alex's Baptisim

As many of you know our oldest child Alexandra was baptized. I admit it has taken me awhile to add this to the blog but we've all been sick and I just haven't had the energy to do it. Here are a couple of pictures for you all to enjoy.


All the kids enjoyed a luncheon afterward, and the adults enjoyed the conversation time.

Turning 8

Well Alex is now 8 and boy is she excited. she recieved a number of presents as you can see by the pictures, and loves them all. Ben is quite jealous of the Bicycle and has already asked for a new one. Cenna thinks it's cool and wanted to try it but isn't quite big enough to reach the seat and peddles at the same time.

No Picture

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I think most of my recent ones are worth a couple of Vowels, so sorry no picture his post. We've been real busy these past weeks the kids are about to start school. Alex will be going into 3rd Grade and Ben is going into 1st Grade, they are both really excited Ben is really excited to be learning to read and Alex just wants to go back to school. Cenna wants to start school also. Ariana isn't sure what's going on.

Lucky number 5

Well number 5 is on the way 6 weeks gone 30 more to go. We just found out that I'm pregnant.
Alright Elann's pregnant but we share so I'm pregnant. First man to be pregnant. However ask me again in march and it will probably only be elann that's pregnant and not me anymore. (I'm not a pain person). the kids are excited ben's hoping for a brother so he's not alone with all these sisters.

Okay Okay we got the hint I'll try to be more diligent in posting.

They had a miniture house that cenna and alex loved. Cenna came across a doll in a stroller and dissapeared more than once, only to be found back in the house.

Four Wheeling

We spent our weekend at Grandad Romney's Cabin up

in Christmas Meadows, where we all decided to

go four wheeling each of the kids got to go on a short ride

around the cabin and Mom and Dad went on a longer one

proceeded to get lost. We eventually made it back but have

vowed to take a trail map with us next time.

Thanksgiving Point

Alex's 2nd Grade Class had a Field Trip to

Thanksgiving Point. Elann was fortunate enough

to go with them and they had a great time.

First days of school

Here is Alex's picture of her first day of 2nd grade. She started August 29th. She enjoys being a second grader. Her favorite subjects are reading (thanks grandma barlow and grandma romney) :) She loves story time. She also loves spending time with her friends at recess.



Here is Ben's picture of his first day of being a kindergartener. He started September 5th. He really loves being in Kindergarten. He loves to "read" his books in class. He loves to color and enjoys being in the Blue Group. He also loves to run around with his friends at recess.

Big and Little Sisters

I was trying to get a picture of Ariana who decided to make for the stairs today and in return got a nice little goose egg, But Cenna decided she should be in the picture also.

Superhero's Away

SuperGirl, Super Boy and Super Baby
